DermalEssence booking terms & conditions

DermalEssence take a 20% booking fee for all bookings and these can be paid either directly in the Salon or over the phone by card payment.  Bookings cannot be finalised without this  payment.  All booking fees are fully refundable up to 24 hours before the appointment time (less card processing fees).

DermalEssence operate a 24 hour cancellation policy, where if appointments are cancelled within this period then 50% of the cost of the treatment will be recovered to cover the loss of appointment opportunity for other clients and a vacant slot. Clients who do not attend their appointment (no-show) will be charged 100% fee


Groupon:

Groupon vouchers are limited to 1 per person and for new clients only.  We cannot take responsibility if more than one is purchased and cannot be refunded by Groupon.  If you are booking a Groupon Voucher offer, please make sure you add the SECURITY CODE into the notes section in order that we can secure your booking.  There is currently a £5 surcharge on all Groupon bookings to cover the post Covid-19 increased operating costs for all treatments and this is payable in the clinic before the treatment commences
