DermalEssence booking terms & conditions

DermalEssence take a 25% booking fee for all bookings and these can be paid either directly in the Clinic, over the phone by card payment or on our booking system.  Bookings cannot be finalised without this  payment.  All booking fees are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the appointment time (less card processing fees of 1.4% + £0.25p).

DermalEssence operate a 24 hour cancellation policy, where if appointments are cancelled within this period then 50% of the cost of the treatment will be recovered to cover the loss of appointment opportunity for other clients and a vacant slot. Clients who do not attend their appointment (no-show) will be charged 100% fee

 

Blue Light and Defence Discount Service Card discount

All card holders of either Blue Light or Defence Discount cards will receive a 10% discount off their treatments on a Thursday, upon showing a valid card.  The discount does not apply to already discounted services, special offers or wrinkle relaxing injections.
