Toxins are a prescription item, therefore all appointments must have a face-to-face assessment with our prescribing nurse before treatment can be given.  This is an NMC requirement for all nurse-led prescription treatments.

Skin boosters are generally formed from hyaluronic acid, polynucleotides, exosomes and peptides and are used to boost the quality of the skin, adding hydration, infusion and reparation to the skin cells. A course of 3-4 sessions spaced one month apart is recommended, with maintenance every 6-9 months.

Spicule therapy is a new and extremely popular skin resurfacing treatment that uses freshwater sponge spicules, combined with active ingredients, to resurface and micro-needle the skin. It is most effective on veins that are small and near to the surface of the skin.  This treatement involves a face-to-face consultation with our Registered Nurse prior to treatment, to assess suitability, discuss procedure and aftercare and to generate the prescription for the sclerosing agent.
